As a practice we encourage all patients to give feedback when they feel necessary as this allows us to take any suggestive improvement on board.
Any positive comment that we received are always greatly appreciated and we ensure these are cascaded to each individual involved.
There are a number of ways to provide patient feedback you can complete a short survey with in practice, via this website or verbally in the practice.
