Following the introduction of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and a decision made by the Health and Social secretary earlier this year, there will be some changes to how you can contact us at the surgery.
We are therefore proactively asking all companies and other NHS providers to email us rather than send faxes. We are asking where possible you make this change with immediate effect. We are confident this will cause minimal disruption to services and that is why we ask you make the switch now, in advance of the complete end date for the use of faxes by our practice which is 27th March 2020.
We have 2 secure NHS.net email accounts. One specifically to be used for any prescription requests and one for general practice/patient enquires.

Please note these mail boxes are checked twice daily, and if your request is of an urgent nature you should please make this clear within the subject.
