Our receptionists are here to help and answer queries. All information is treated as absolutely confidential. Please remember that our receptionists are carrying out the doctors instructions.

We know that you may be under stress at times in the surgery, but please remember that our receptionists are under stress also. We take the safety of our staff very seriously, and we will not accept any form of threatening behaviour either physical or verbal towards them.

We will remove violent or abusive patients from our medical list
