This map shows our practice area. It cannot be completely accurate.

If you are currently living inside our practice area and move away, you will need to register with another practice closer to where you live.

We will try not to remove anyone from our practice list who is currently living outside our area, but if you move and your new address is outside the area (even though you may be nearer the practice) you will need to register with another practice closer to where you live.

We believe this is a fair way of dealing with everybody, although we realise it does cause consternation amongst many of our patients.
