I'm married with two children and enjoy Hot Air Ballooning with the family as a hobby. I did my general nurse training at Manchester Royal Infirmary where I qualified in 1971.  I then worked mainly on surgical wards at M R I, and after moving to Wigan , at R A E I. I came into Practice Nursing in 1983 after having a break to have my children; and have worked at Beech Hill ever since
