Home Visits

The facilities at home for examination are generally not satisfactory and home visits take a much greater time to undertake than a surgery appointment.

If you are too ill to get to the surgery a home visit can be arranged. This should be reserved for those who are truly housebound due to their illness.

Requests for home visits should be made before 11.00am by ringing 01942 821899. Your doctor may return your call and assess the situation. This may result in advice being given and a home visit not taking place.
