Ischaemic
Heart Disease

This clinic looks at the management of those people who have angina, who have had cardiac bypass surgery, or who have had a heart attack. We also look at those people with other heart problems such as heart failure or atrial fibrillation. |

Diabetes

To ensure good control of your diabetes, we have regular clinics to check on your progress. This is undertaken for non-insulin controlled diabetics. |
| Asthma/COPD | To help you control your asthma and to identify any problems that might be occurring, sometimes even without you being aware of them. |
